Hot Stone Treatment : The therapist will use stone and ceramic tools to heat the full body in order to ease the limbic system and jump start the relaxation process as well as focusing heat acutely into areas of tension as needed.

CBD Oil : When introduced topically to the body, CBD oil can have a focused anti-inflammatory effect on the joints and muscles. The therapist will use CBD infused oil in order to assist with tension relief and give lasting relaxation effects.

Cedar-Sage Scalp Treatment: 15-minute add on at the end of the session to focus on head, neck, and scalp massage using Aesop cedar-sage scalp oil.

All sessions receive complementary aromatherapy
